Is the USB port on the base unit shared with the connected device? For example, could I connect a USB webcam or speaker system near the TV and have it show as available on the connected device?

BEST ANSWER: The USB-A on the front of the receiver is a charging port, the USB-C port is for syncing the transmitters, neither port is for displaying content.

Is there another type connecter to the laptop, lets say HDMI besides USB-C? I believe there are adapters but having the device that is for HDMI is more convient.

BEST ANSWER: An HDMI is not included because an HDMI port does not have enough current to power the dongle. However, the dongle isn't necessary, AirPlay and Miracast both work well direct or through your wifi via ethernet.

Do the USB port on the receiver allow for touchscreen/touchback support?

BEST ANSWER: Hello,
Thank you for your inquiry. The USB-A port would support touchback, as long as all other devices also support it this should work without an issue.

Overall decent product
Overall it's seemed stable. There is a slight lag when using the click n share dongle. If you screencast from your laptop there is a severe lag so I'm going to change the default screen displayed and not even let the users know that's an option. Only going to allow them to use the dongle. For a basic presentation I think this will work out to be a solid device. If you need to use your mouse a lot it's going to throw you off a bit due to the slight lag.
