BEST ANSWER: Hi I don’t what that would mean. But I use it to hook up some other gear and it powers it to. Works great. Hope that helps.

What does length size .5m or 1m refer to ?

BEST ANSWER: .5m is half a meter or a little less than 20 inches. 1m is a full meter or 39.4 inches.

Can I use this cable to connecting a Surface Book 2 and Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5-1570 for a dual monitor setup? Both of the laptops use USB-C.

BEST ANSWER: I doubt this would work, since neither unit supports being a monitor to the other unit that I am aware of. You could have a USB C monitor (portable) that AOC made.

Thick but not good for charging
Cable is THICK. But when I used it to charge my phone, the phone kept cycling between charging and not charging.

Good quality cable.
It looks exactly like the picture you see on the web. It is a very good quality cable. The connectors fit very well in the laptop port or my external drive enclosure. Overall it preforms very well and I am very happy with this purchase. Glad I hound "Monoprice".

RIGHT LENGTH RIGHT POWER DELIVERY
Too long cabeles in my car are a nuisance. Too long to charge my phone & tablet does not work either. 2 of these cables solve both problems when connecting to a USB-C Fast Charge Dual Port Car Charger, 50W Combined SKU:78-80223

Functionally very good, but...
Cable works well, ends look very well made and secure--and likely to hold up very well to use, and abuse.
But, the cable is fairly thick and not particularly flexible. In other words, the cable does not allow for easy coiling--instead it has to be bent and folded for compact storage. I would buy a "braided" cable (if it were available in a short version) before buying this product.
