Well, actually the walls are not straight, they have a slight angle, so at the bottom you will loose some cm.

Is there a panel kit or panel frame kit for this unit?

BEST ANSWER: there is no frame . 4 separate foam block that are the size of the width, with tear-out perforations are included. you make your own molded inserts

Why the warning about lead exposure? Does this product actually contain lead?

BEST ANSWER: It looks like Monoprice adds this warning to just about everything they sell. In my opinion, I think it's a lazy CYA maneuver to indemnify themselves should one of their products actually contain lead. I have this case, and several other models of Monoprice cases and none of them have any warnings actually on the products themselves.

Product Was Better Than Expected.
This product was better than I expected. It arrived just in time, the product was the right dimensions, and it's in perfect condition. What I liked the most was that it offered more black foam than I anticipated, allowing me to fit things snug and keep it protected. The only thing I dislike is how messy the foam gets when you tear it apart. It breaks fine, but it leaves small black pieces all around. Other than that nit-picky thing, it's a wonderful product at a wonderful price. There's really nothing you can do about the disliked part for foam usually does that, thus is why I'm keeping it a 5-star review.

AWESOME
This is a FANTASTIC case. Sturdy as all get out. I use it as a mic case for live audio mixing jobs. I have 14 SM57 and 58's in their pouches stuffed in it, with two Sennheiser E609s to boot.

Handy Storage

Perfect for PTZ camera
I needed something to transport my PTZ camera in and this turned out to be the perfect size. Seems very solid and should provide adequate protection in a larger container.
